Connecticut man dies after fall during concert at Madison Square Garden

A 51-year-old Connecticut man has died after falling from the upper level inside Madison Square Garden during a concert Saturday night, according to the NYPD.
Police identified the victim as Paul Kueker of Niantic, Connecticut. Authorities said he had been attending the show with his wife.
Officers responded to a 911 call around 9:50 p.m. and found the man unconscious and suffering from injuries consistent with a fall from an elevated area of the arena. He was taken to a nearby hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
Investigators said there are no indications of foul play, and the circumstances surrounding the fall remain under investigation.
The incident occurred during a performance by the rock band Goose. In a statement posted on social media, the band said it was “deeply saddened and heartbroken” by the tragedy and extended condolences to those affected.
