A Bridgeport man is in critical condition after his family says he fell from a third-floor window.
Police say Adam Listori suffered a broken neck after landing on the sidewalk outside his home on Hallet Street yesterday evening.
They say they found beer and medical marijuana near the window.
Listori's family tells News 12 Connecticut that the 35-year-old suffered a seizure and accidentally fell from the window.
