Tyler John Santoro, 37, of Southbury, was killed in the crash on Christmas.
Police say Santoro's car and another car were both traveling on I-84 near Exit 16 when they collided.
Both vehicles rolled over.
Santoro was transported to the hospital and was later pronounced dead.
The crash remains under investigation.
