Marcus Brown has won the 127th District State House race in Bridgeport following a second democratic primary ordered by a judge.
Brown won 635 to 499 over State Rep. Jack Hennessy.
Hennessy was challenging the results of a second recount on Aug. 29 that declared City Councilman Marcus Brown the winner by two votes.
In his decision, the judge cited four voters who allegedly did not sign their applications for absentee ballots.
