The site of a massive 2014 fire in Bridgeport is still an eyesore in the community, residents say.
The blaze destroyed a perfume factory on Seaview Avenue in September 2014. City officials say the property owners were tasked with cleaning up the area, but neighbors say not much has changed.
Brenda Valentine, who lives in the area, says she can still smell perfume when she is walking in the neighborhood.
"Nothing's being done and we've inhaled and we've smelled it," says Valentine.
News 12 Connecticut reached out to the warehouse and property owners, but did not receive a response back.
