A medical examiner has ruled that the death of a man found in an Arthur Avenue apartment as a homicide.
The man was found with a plastic bag around his head on Monday evening.
According to the medical examiner, 64-year-old Sidney Harris died from multiple blunt impacts to his head.
So far, no arrests have been made and police are still investigating.
