Meeting held on proposed Bridgeport curfew

Members of a Bridgeport city council committee met last night to see if the proposed 11 p.m. curfew for kids under 17 is possible.
The American Civil Liberties Union says the plan a constitutional violation.
The council also examined "emergency" situations in which a minor might be out after curfew.
Officials at the meeting said they are still ironing out the details and will likely need more time to vote on a recommendation.
