Runners in Fairfield laced up their shoes Sunday to remember a slain couple.
Kim and Tim Donnelly were killed in their jewelry store on Post Road 10 years ago.
The couple's loved ones organized a 3.5-mile race in their honor, called the Donnelly Dash.
This year's race was held at Tomlinson Middle School.
Organizers say the event serves as a way to honor the couple each year and keep their spirits alive.
The money raised from the event will go toward local charities.
