Milford burger joint workers accused of taking cash ‘left behind’ in robbery
Police in Milford have filed charges against two workers at a restaurant that was held up at gunpoint.
It happened Friday night at a local Smashburger.
Police suspect employees, Jamal McNeil and Casey Deloma, picked up cash 'left behind' by the two robbers.
As News 12 reported, police say Royshon Ferguson and Greg McClaurin left before taking all the money when a customer in the restaurant pulled out his own gun and tried to stop them.
The two robbery suspects were caught a short time later.
