49ds agoIt took nine innings, but Milford lives to fight another day in the Little League Softball World Series. Holly Coon delivered a 2-RBI single in the top of the ninth to regain the lead, and Milford hung on to beat Canada 12-9 in Tuesday's elimination game.
Milford plays Italy in a do-or-die game at 10 a.m. Wednesday on ESPN+. Milford run-ruled Italy 11-1 in the opening round of the world series.
