The Monroe community is continuing to raise money for a family who lost their home during the devastating August flooding.
The Monroe police union is holding a fundraiser Monday night at Testo’s restaurant, with all proceeds going to retired Officer Dennis Bradshaw and his wife, Carol.
Bradshaw was the first K-9 handler on the scene during the Sandy Hook tragedy.
His family’s home was a total loss after the August flooding, and it’s unclear at this time if the family will be able to rebuild on the property.
Donations can be made to the Monroe Police Department or you can donate HERE.
