Over 100 people protested in Stamford Wednesday following the news that three other Minneapolis police officers were charged in the death of George Floyd.
Protesters in Scalzi Park say while they are happy the three police officers who witnessed Floyd's death were charged, racism is an issue that still needs to be addressed.
The protesters marched toward the police station in Stamford. News 12 is told the protest was organized by a group of social workers.
When the rally reached the police station, protesters kneeled in front of it.
