A Norwalk mother is facing charges this morning after police say she was driving while drunk with her two children in her car.
Police say they found Crystal Burden, 25, passed out in her car in the middle of the I-95 southbound exit 14 ramp Sunday morning.
They say she refused a sobriety test and was arrested.
Officers say Burden faces charges including risk of injury to a child and driving while under the influence.
