Authorities are investigating a fire that damaged a Norwalk home Saturday morning.
Fire officials say the flames broke out inside 22 Reservoir Ave. at around 2 a.m. Firefighters believe the blaze started on the third floor of the home, but by the time they arrived, the flames had spread to the second floor.
A mother and baby were rescued by firefighters from the second floor. The flames were extinguished in time to save most of the family's belongings on the second floor, fire officials say.
