Network casting executive Rosalie Joseph is teaching kids acting skills at the Klein Memorial Auditorium in Bridgeport.
She taught Bridgeport kids all about the profession as part of the nonprofit's free summer program Klein Theater Arts.
"I love seeing these young performers just come to life on stage. It's so rewarding for me because I started as a high school drama teacher. It's something I always love doing. I love working with high school students," said Joseph.
The head of the program says it focuses on monologues.
"I'm really so pleased that Rosalie agreed to come here today. I've had the privilege of knowing her for a long time. We worked together at CBS and I know her to be a cultivator of talent," said Klein executive director Laurence Caso.
The program ended Friday with a showcase performance at the Klein.
