A new survey suggests drivers in Connecticut are beginning to come around to the possibility of tolls on the state's busiest roads.
According to the survey, 47 percent of the people who responded to a survey by AAA say tolls on interstate highways running through Connecticut would be the best way to increase transportation funding.
Sixteen percent voted for increasing gas taxes and five percent favored charging a fee based on annual miles driven.
AAA says one thing nearly all drivers did agree on was the need for a so-called lock box on money earmarked for transportation.
