3ds agoA new primary date has still not been decided in the Bridgeport mayoral race.
An attorney for challenger John Gomes says the two sides were unable to agree on a date for a new primary by today's deadline.
He said Gomes was seeking a date in December, while Mayor Joe Ganim wanted a later date.
A judge had ordered a redo of the primary where Ganim beat Gomes after leaked video showed a city employee appearing to stuff a ballot box.
A judge will now set a new primary date.
