New Canaan High School custodian charged for Worker's Comp fraud
A former custodian at New Canaan High School is charged by state prosecutors for claiming he was too hurt to keep working, but was caught installing carpet.
According to officials, Courtney Wills, 37, received $21,000 in Worker's Comp benefits after being hurt last year on the job.
State fraud inspectors say they later found Wills working for a carpet installer, while still collecting benefits.
