Cedric Young is accused of threatening someone in the CVS parking lot on Bridgeport Avenue Saturday.
Police say the victim says Young tried to get their car keys and put an object to their chest.
The person fought back against Young, who allegedly took off.
Police say the object turned out to be a metal pipe wrapped in a shirt.
Young is charged with breach of peace among other things.
