If you're looking to have some fun out on the water this summer, there's a new spot to check out in Stamford.

Pedal Cruise opened it's newest location at Harbor Point Tuesday.

Mayor Caroline Simmons was there for the ribbon cutting.

The company offers 90-minute excursions that take guests on a boat powered by pedaling.

People can rent the boat out for a group or buy single tickets.

"Pedal cruise is a 26-passenger cruise boat, that takes you out, you can pedal, you can bring your own beverages, you can hangout with your friends, your family, your coworkers, it's a good time," said Colin Caplan, co-owner of Pedal Cruise.

Pedal Cruise originated in Florida in 2021 and opened a location in Milford last year.
