A New Jersey woman was killed early Sunday morning on I-95 in Norwalk when she was hit by a car while riding her motorcycle.
According to police, 29-year-old Ines Franco was riding with two other motorcyclists around 3:45 a.m. when one of them got a flat tire between exits 16 and 17. As the three of them were riding on the right shoulder, Franco was hit by a car and thrown from her bike. Police say she was killed instantly.
The other motorcyclists and the passengers in the two cars involved in the accident were not injured. The accident caused delays on I-95 for over four hours.
