A middle school is enforcing a strict no touching policy, but some parents and students say it's not clear and not fair.
The school's principal says an existing policy is being enforced after a 13-year-old was arrested last week for kicking a classmate.
Hugs and "high fives" were banned, but the superintendent reportedly softened the rules. Students and parents say they still don't know what is allowed.
"It's pretty confusing, and kind of stupid that we have to do this," says one student.
Everyone from the superintendent to the principal to the PTA president refused requests for on-camera interviews.
