Northbound lanes have been reopened on I-95 between exits 13 and 14 following a tractor-trailer accident.
The crash was reported around 2:40 p.m. Video from the scene showed smoke billowing into the air.
According to an alert from the state DOT, the accident caused congestion back to Exit 10.
The cause is not yet known, and it is unclear at this time if there are any injuries.
