An anti-poverty agency opened a new store today in Norwalk to help victims of Hurricane Sandy.
Norwalk Economic Opportunity Now (NEON) is distributing clothing to those affected by the storm at its new boutique on Haviland Street.
Organizers say their goal is to ease the minds of those facing difficult times.
Organizers are asking residents to call for an appointment before coming down to the store.
