? A Norwalk couple has raised more than $20,000 for the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention and walked 18 miles through New York City to help raise awareness.
Bill and Anne Groener joined other walkers at the NYC Out of the Darkness Overnight in June. They walked in honor of their son Chris, who suffered from depression and obsessive compulsive disorder and took his own life on Christmas Eve.
A 5K Out of the Darkness walk will take place in Westport next month.
