This Christmas marks the last year of lights for a Norwalk couple whose holidays display has become a yearly attraction for hundreds of thousands of people.
For more than 25 years, Rick and Joan Setti have been decorating their 6 Midwood Road home with holiday lights.
What started with a 30,000-light display has grown to more than 151,000 lights. The Settis also have incorporated more than 800 handmade wooden characters.
They say the display takes a lot of work and that it has become too much of an effort due to increasing health problems.
The Settis turn the lights on at 5 p.m. each night, and they will be on display until the weekend after New Year's Eve.
The Settis were featured Monday night on the ABC show, "The Great Christmas Light Fight." Their holiday display won first place along with $50,000.
