Norwalk police have arrested a suspected drug dealer.
They say Sergio Candelario was arrested Wednesday after an investigation.
Police say they bought heroin laced with fentanyl on four separate occasions from Candelario.
Candelario had 30 bags of heroin on him when he was arrested.
