A man is now facing charges after a fatal crash in Norwalk.

Officers say Marc Owens was behind the wheel when he hit 84-year-old Josephine Pimpinella at the entrance of a deli on Connecticut Avenue in July.

Owens is charged with misconduct with a motor vehicle, distracted driving, and failure to yield.
