Norwalk Mayor Rilling to run for 5th two-year term
November is still more than 8 months away, but already some candidates are setting their sights on elections.
Norwalk Mayor Harry Rilling announced Tuesday that he will seek a fifth, two-year term.
Rilling says his goal will be leading Norwalk's recovery from COVID-19 with a focus on rebuilding the city's economy.
Former Common Council President John Kydes has formed an exploratory committee for a possible challenge to Rilling.
So far, no Republican candidates have thrown their hats into the ring.
