2ds agoNorwalk Mayor Harry Rilling has ordered flags in Norwalk to be flown at half-staff in honor of retired Police Lt. Thomas Roncinske Jr., who passed away Saturday.
Roncinske dedicated 35 years to the Norwalk Police Department, retiring in March.
His illustrious career was marked by numerous awards, including Officer of the Year in 2003 and 2006.
A funeral service will be held this Saturday at Kane Funeral Home in Ridgefield.
