Two Norwalk natives faced each other as the Washington Redskins hosted the Seattle Seahawks in Monday Night Football.
Childhood friends Silas Redd and Kevin Pierre-Louis were on opposite sidelines at FedEx Field in Landover, Maryland.
Redd is a rookie running back for Washington while Pierre-Louis is a rookie linebacker for the Seahawks. Pierre-Louis was inactive for the game, but those who came to see him play were not disappointed.
The two men say they grew up playing Pop Warner football together. They then started at King Low Heywood Thomas School in Stamford.
Both men had family members at the game cheering on their teams.
