A Papa John?s in Norwalk is hoping to catch a thief by posting video surveillance of a car robbery on the popular video Web site, YouTube.
The business put the video on the Internet in the hopes that someone will recognize the suspect. The video shows the thief open an unlocked deliveryman?s car outside the Main Street pizza place. The suspect grabs a GPS and an iPod before running off.
The YouTube posting says Papa John?s is offering a reward of free pizza for a week for a return of the items.
Norwalk police say the posting is most likely the first time surveillance video in an active investigation has shown up on YouTube. They are also hoping the video helps catch the thief.
Anyone with information is asked to call the Norwalk Police Detective Bureau at (203) 854-3031.
