Police have arrested a man they say has a long history of selling drugs in the Norwalk area.
Officers say they were conducting a surveillance operation near Taylor Avenue when they saw Francis Bruno selling narcotics.
Police followed Bruno, who they say ran two stop signs, pulling him over.
Bruno was found with 124 grams of cocaine and over $1,400 in cash, according to authorities.
His bond was set at $500,000.
