Norwalk police say a lengthy sexual assault complaint investigation has led to an arrest.

Police learned that Fran Rene Garcia-Pineda, from Miami, Florida, was the suspect in the assault.

Garcia-Pineda was arrested in Miami on April 4 and extradited to Norwalk on Tuesday.
