The Norwalk Public Library announced that it is hosting a costume giveaway program Saturday, Oct. 14.

In partnership with the Moms Club of Norwalk, the main library’s children’s department is collecting new and gently used costumes in all sizes.

The costumes will be arranged by size for caregivers and their children to choose one costume per child while supplies last.  

The event is taking place from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. The library is located at 1 Belden Ave.
