Businesses in Norwalk are preparing to take part in an 'Amazing Race'-style event called City Hunt.
The Norwalk City hunt is the brainchild of Linda Kavanagh, the director of a local marketing collective known as Norwalk Now.
Dozens of teams will be vying for the crown when the hunt gets underway on April 28.
The goal of the event is to promote Norwalk as a premiere destination and help owners promote their businesses.
Kavanagh says racers will take part in challenges while taking selfies and videos. Participants will have to use the City Hunt app on their phones to find clues to the next stop in the race.
The team that completes the hunt first will win prizes such as a $500 gift certificate package and Norwalk parking bundles.
