NYPD: Several major NYC streets to be closed for UN General Assembly next week

More than 150 leaders from around the world, including President Joe Biden, will be in New York City for the event, which is set to be the biggest assembly since 2015.

The NYPD says several major streets around the United Nations building will be closed for the U.N. General Assembly next week.
More than 150 leaders from around the world, including President Joe Biden, will be in New York City for the event, which is set to be the biggest assembly since 2015.
Police say they are teaming up with other agencies to keep the assembly safe.
