In June, an audit reported at least 26,000 traffic tickets were likely fabricated.
The audit flagged 130 individual troopers.
State Police have submitted their information to Connecticut's Racial Profiling Advisory Board.
Twenty-five have already been cleared because of duplicate badge numbers.
