Officials: Bedbug found in Bridgeport school
Officials say there is another bedbug problem at Bridgeport's Central High School.
The superintendent's office says a bedbug was found on a desk yesterday. School officials say they plan to call in an exterminator overnight and that the classroom has been isolated and chemically treated.
Judy Rivera, a concerned parent, says she kept her daughter home today because the bedbug was found on her desk. Rivera says that the entire school should be treated by exterminators.
Last week, officials sent out a letter when another bedbug was found. After that incident, school officials say two days were spent exterminating the school.
