Officials: Man arrested for illegal gun possession during Bridgeport traffic stop
Police say say 26-year-old Eric Guillermo Goicochea, of Manchester, did not possess a pistol permit.

Bridgeport police say they found an illegal gun in a man's car when he was stopped for failure to obey a stop sign Tuesday night.
They say 26-year-old Eric Guillermo Goicochea, of Manchester, did not possess a pistol permit. They also say the vehicle was unregistered and that the license plate affixed to the vehicle belonged to another car.
Police say a loaded Glock firearm with an altered serial number and two loaded magazines were recovered from the vehicle.
Goicochea's bail is $75,000.
