Bridgeport murder suspect Roshay Williams, 46, turned himself in at Bridgeport police headquarters Friday morning, officials said.

Akeem Shoucair-Grant, 37, was shot multiple times on Spring Street, near East Main Street on Sept. 11 and later died at the hospital.

Williams is charged with murder and criminal possession of a firearm, police said.

His bond was set at $1.5 million.
