A local school bus driver is behind bars after police say he used the bus he was driving to help him deal heroin.
Police say they arrested Garfield Howell after a long investigation into heroin dealing in Stratford.
Officials say heroin was found when they raided Howell's Bridgeport home.
They say the 29-year-old drove for "We Transport" in Bridgeport and used his bus to buy and sell heroin.
Investigators do not believe any drug deals happened while children were on the bus.
