A Brooklyn man has died following a hit-and-run incident last Friday on South Avenue in Stratford.
The incident also left another pedestrian in serious condition, with the driver fleeing the scene after the accident.
The driver, Kevin O'Neill, and his Chevy truck were later found in Bridgeport by Stratford police.
O'Neill was arrested and is facing charges of evading with responsibility, serious physical injury and operation of an unregistered motor vehicle.
The investigation remains active and is being conducted by the Stratford police department.
