A group of concerned parents rallied this evening outside of a Norwalk anti-poverty agency that has been under fire recently.
For the past week, Norwalk leaders and parents whose kids are enrolled in Head Start have called for Norwalk Economic Opportunity Now (NEON) CEO Joseph Mann to resign.
An audit found that Mann mismanaged $400,000.
He claims all of the money went toward child care programs.
The board for NEON is expected to meet tomorrow to decide whether or not Mann will be ousted.
