Stamford police say a man is facing charges for sexually assaulting a woman in the parking garage of her apartment complex.
Officers arrested 21-year-old Tyub Mohammed Monday.
They say he approached the victim as she left her car last month.
Police say he tried to force himself on her, groped her, and bit her lip.
They say the victim managed to get away.
