Weston police say three men are in custody following a home invasion Wednesday afternoon.
The home invasion occurred on Hidden Spring Drive around 1 p.m.
Police say they believe the men who entered the home didn't know anyone was inside and had planned to burglarize the home.
Officials say the men were confronted by the homeowner once they were inside. After a struggle, the homeowner was able to call 911.
Authorities say the three men took off on foot to separate locations in the woods nearby, but they were later arrested.
They say the homeowner suffered minor scratches during the struggle but didn't need to be taken to the hospital.
Charges against the suspects are pending.
