Police: 3 men arrested in Stratford for sale of controlled substances at smoke shop
Officials say Raian Baniyounes and Brion Henry Jr. were charged with the selling of the illegal cannabis products, and Scott Marsillo was charged with sale of a controlled non-narcotic substance.

Officials say Raian Baniyounes and Brion Henry Jr. were charged with the selling of the illegal cannabis products, and Scott Marsillo was charged with sale of a controlled non-narcotic substance.
Police say they began investigating the smoke shop in May.
