Police: Ansonia woman fought off Bridgeport man who hid inside of her car
According to officials, the suspect hid in the backseat of a woman's car while she was shopping inside of a CVS.

2ds agoAn Ansonia woman fought off a Bridgeport man looking to snatch her purse after he hid inside of her car and confronted her while she was driving, police say.
According to officials, 25-year-old Adiel Viana-Ribeiro hid in the back seat of the woman's car while she was shopping inside of a CVS.
When she got back in her car, police say Viana-Ribeiro confronted her while she was driving and tried to steal her purse.
Police say she was able to fight him off before Viana-Ribeiro ran away.
Viana-Ribeiro was arrested nearby after a police K-9 tracked him down.
