Police say an arrest has been made in connection to the shooting of a Stratford woman on Sept. 3.

They say 31-year-old Calvin Williams is accused of shooting a woman in a home on Birch Drive in the South End of town.

She was taken to the hospital in stable condition. Police didn't release a possible motive, but described it at the time as an, "isolated incident with no threat to the general public."

Police say when they took Williams into custody, they also found ammunition and drugs.
