A man has been arrested in connection to a stabbing at a Norwalk Hospital parking lot, police say.
They say the victim was picking up a patient around 10:45 a.m. when the stabbing occurred.
Police arrested Shamar Grant, 20, and charged him with first-degree assault.
He is being held on $1.25 million bond.
